Conditions
Seller shall
not warranty or cover any loss or damage that may have occurred
as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper operating
environment: including extreme heat or cold; repair or
modification not done by a qualified repair technician that
results in damage; power surges or other electrical damages
including static electricity, liquid spill on any components;
smoke; physical abuse including dropping or hitting; any act of
God; incompatibilities with another vendor’s hardware or
software; software setup or configuration problems.
To obtain
warranty service, buyer shall notify seller in person or in
writing that warranty service is requested. In order to refund
or repair or to obtain telephone technical support, a proof of
purchase must be provided. Proof of purchase is an invoice from
the Seller.
All products
returned for replacement or refund must be in original and
undamaged packaging, including all manuals, cables, disks, etc.,
accompanied with original invoice, and in like-new condition.
Buyer’s failure to provide original packaging may result in an
additional restocking fee of 15% of part’s cost or loss of
refund eligibility.

ALL IMPLIED
WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY
DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED HEREFROM. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE
LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES. THE FORGOING
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED
ON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER
TORT, BREATH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, PRINCIPLES OF INDEMNITY OR
CONTRIBUTION, THE FAILURE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO
ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE. NOTHING HEREIN SHALL
BE CONSTRUED AS SELLER ADOPTING ANY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY.
Return,
Exchange, and Refund Policy
1. Parts designated as “Special
Orders” are not returnable and non refundable.
2. All sales are final after 7
days for cpu’s, memory, printers, retail packaged video cards,
motherboards, hard drives, cd-recordables, and scanners. All
software sales are final. All sales are final after 7 days on
all other items.
3. A
restocking fee of 15% on all parts will be charged on all
returns including computer systems.
4. Exchange
Policy – During the stated period of time, a replacement will be
provided on any part that is found to be defective with the same
or equivalent part.
a. Seven (7) days – processors,
memory, video cards, sound cards, motherboards
b. Thirty (30) days – hard
drives, cd-recordable drives, cd drives, floppy drives, I/O
cards, network cards, keyboards, mice, cases, speakers
5. Refunds
over $50.00 shall be issued by check within 10 (10) days from
the date the system or product is returned. Purchases made by
check will be refunded 10 business days after the purchase date
via mail check. Returns must have been made within the above
time frames.
6. Charges for labor, service,
deposits on orders, insurance, and shipping are not refundable.
7. All returns and exchanges must
have original receipt.
8. No
refunds on any Davison Computer System deposit or Dell computer
order
9. No refunds on any Website
deposits.
10. No refunds on Block Hours.
Shipping and Delivery
Policy
1. All Davison Computers Systems
(notebooks/desktops/etc.) are subject to a 10 day build time.
This 10 days is used to build the computer and configure it to
your needs.
2. Free In-Home Installation only
applies to Genesee and Lapeer County residents. Additional
restrictions may apply.
3. Delivery of all Davison
Computers, Inc. products will be shipped within a reasonable
amount of time. Systems (notebooks/desktops) will be shipped
within 72 hours of the estimated 10 day build time. Parts will
be shipped within 72 hours of the estimated 3 day grace period.
Additional restrictions may apply. Special conditions such as
weather may cause delays in shipment.
